We have investors for hotels and resorts internationally as follows:

  • 4- and 5-star hotels and resorts

  • City and tourist destinations, including seaside, ski locations, etc.

  • Operating properties, developments (resorts), and conversions

  • Flagged or un-flagged

  • Will consider portfolio purchases

Residential Developments

We have investors for experienced international developers requiring $20 million minimum financing for single-family communities and condominium / townhouse projects:
 

  • Locations In tourism areas outside Europe, specifically in Guernsey, St. Kitts / Nevis, Seychelles, Bora Bora, Singapore, Grand Cayman, Trinidad & Tobago, St. Martin, or Grenada
     

  • Big projects required, not just a few units at a time
     

  • If hotel is included, that’s a bonus
     

  • Office space development is acceptable, as long as location is a recognized economic and / or financial administrative center such as Grand Cayman or Guernsey.

 

Developer must have done similar projects in similar offshore locations.

Restaurant Expansion

We have investors for operating restaurants looking for expansion capital and operating restaurants/bars/VIP lounges ready for acquisition. 
 

  • For Dubai, Kuwait, Oman.  Investors speak Arabic. 

    • Criteria:  more locations the better, polished investor presentation, supporting financials with NDA in place.    Financials to include at a minimum EBITA, revenue per sq. ft. or sq. meter average ticket per customer, etc. 

    • Polished deck / corporate presentation available.
       

  • For Beijing, Shanghai, Macau, and capital cities in ASAE theater: Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.

    • Criteria:  more locations the better, polished investor presentation, supporting financials with NDA in place.  Financials to include at a minimum EBITA, revenue per sq. ft.
      or sq. meter average ticket per customer, etc.
