We have investors for experienced international developers requiring $20 million minimum financing for single-family communities and condominium / townhouse projects:

Locations In tourism areas outside Europe, specifically in Guernsey, St. Kitts / Nevis, Seychelles, Bora Bora, Singapore, Grand Cayman, Trinidad & Tobago, St. Martin, or Grenada
Big projects required, not just a few units at a time
If hotel is included, that’s a bonus
Office space development is acceptable, as long as location is a recognized economic and / or financial administrative center such as Grand Cayman or Guernsey.

Developer must have done similar projects in similar offshore locations.
